The Grainery is a multi-level Quonset-style townhouse, part farm building and part modern home. Upstairs, oversized windows frame the view over a gourmet kitchen and living room, and a terrace off the living area is made for dinners outside.
Downstairs, the primary suite opens straight onto a private garden with a sunbed. Its bath has a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, and a powder room serves the main floor. There is an indoor fireplace, a dedicated workspace and a vintage Wurlitzer organ.
Slow mornings on the balcony, afternoons in the galleries, sunsets in the garden. Cafecito and the Baca Railyard are steps away.
