Shoofly Park Lofts
★ 2025 Haciendas Parade of Homes · Judges Award: Santa Fe Visionary
Shoofly Park is the newest building at the Trailhead: three two-story lofts wrapped in charred wood and copper, set behind young trees and a shared “parking park.”
It won the 2025 Haciendas Parade of Homes Judges Award: Santa Fe Visionary. The builder’s entry described it as a project that “celebrates local materials, walkability, and cultural continuity, offering a new model for Santa Fe’s evolving housing needs.”
Each loft has a double-height living room, a steel stair to a sleeping loft with a built-in desk, a private patio and an upstairs terrace with mountain views.
