Loft III at Shoofly Park, the building that won the 2025 Haciendas Parade of Homes Judges Award. You enter through a private patio into a living room with porcelain floors, gallery-white walls and a ceiling that rises two stories.
The single-wall kitchen is fully equipped for long stays, and the bathroom and a stacked washer and dryer are on the main floor. A custom steel stair leads up to the sleeping loft, with warm wood floors, a built-in desk and a private terrace with views to the mountains.
Made for a month or more: twice-monthly cleaning is included, and we usually rent by the calendar month. Cafecito, Counter Culture, artist studios and the Railyard Farmers Market are a short walk away.
The stair to the loft is architectural and steep. It may not suit young children or guests with limited mobility.
